Dogtooth Black and White Ruffled African trade wound decorated glass beads

These are Antique Venetian wound decorated black and white African trade beads. They are nicknamed "Dogtooth" beads due to their unusual ruffled shape and coloration, reminiscent of a natural dog tooth. Found in Nigeria.

There are approximately 75 - 100 graduated beads on a 28-30" strand including raffia (approximately 24" of beads), The beads range from 5mm to 8mm in diameter. The holes are 1.5-2mm.
