This listing is for a 70ct Yellow Tibetan turquoise bead. Bought in India, by the seller who claimed it has been in his family from his grandfather's collection. Possibly of Chinese origin. Can be used as a bead, especially a focal bead, or pendant. Most likely vintage, not antique.
The bead is 28mm x 19mm, 3mm hole. It weighs 15g or 75ct (1g = 5ct)
